We now have tickets for the latest Victoria Wine Society tasting—2008 Bordeaux releases—to be held at the Ambrosia Event Centre (638 Fisgard St), Monday, Oct. 24 at 7 pm. As with last year's event, the VWS has decided to double the average price of the wines to be tasted and limit the selection to 10 wines.The lineup:

Cost is $85 for members and $95 for nonmembers. To register for the tasting, payment must be received in advance to reserve a space, and there will be no exceptions, as availability is limited.
